Book an appointment at the embassy, consulate, or visa application centre (VFS/TLS)
Attend your appointment and submit original documents + biometrics
Track your application status if the embassy provides online tracking
Receive your passport with visa sticker (allow 15+ days for processing)
Purchase travel insurance with minimum β¬30,000 Schengen coverage
Travel and keep all your documents handy for border control
